HUNT-727 - I took advantage of my elite brother's absence to seduce his gorgeous wife

The triple creampie in the first scene is a big plus, but the rest of the plot is half-baked and boring. Wouldn't it have been better to have her completely corrupted at home after the hospital visit, with plenty of messy creampies?

I often see Director K's name on SOD-ch. Considering that many other works list the director as '...', the fact that his signature is clearly stated is a sign of taking responsibility, so I have no complaints there. But for a known director, do works like this happen sometimes? It's about a NEET brother and his sister-in-law doing things in the husband's hospital room, but first, (1) there is absolutely no sense of suspense about getting caught by the husband/brother. In similar works, it's common sense to easily pull off that kind of tension. (2) Even in the 'H-play' between the NEET brother and the sister-in-law, there's nothing that makes the viewer go 'Wow!'. (3) Conclusion: Did they slack off on casting, or was it a huge failure? I think there was no motivation, despite him being a known director. Maybe it's better to call it a failure so the director's responsibility is lighter—that way he can claim he actually tried. Am I wrong?

The patterns were just too monotonous, so it didn't really grab me. Harukichi and Motoyama-san are in it, but... yeah, it was a bit underwhelming.
