I don't dislike this kind of coincidental setup, but I can't understand the guy's obsession with a cold, half-hearted woman from her days in the sex industry. No matter how much she's his type, I don't find a lack of effort in her service attractive. (That half-hearted service is actually depicted.) Still, the fact that a woman he spent so much money on becomes his brother's wife, ends up close by, and has to accept his sexual advances whenever he wants to avoid being exposed... that's a pretty sweet deal.
