Watching her wash grandpa with those suggestive hands was the last straw. She takes the old man's perverted jokes with a smile, so I took a shot and started copping feels. When she didn't stop me, I knew it was game on. Went full throttle into full-blown harassment until things got way more intense.
For this type of situational work, the rating really depends on the actress. Personally, there wasn't anyone I was into, so I wish I'd just streamed it instead of buying it.
I thought I understood the harsh reality of elderly care for women from the news, but I didn't grasp the reality at all. The fact that they have to scrub an elderly person's genitals in the bath is incredibly dangerous; they deserve much higher pay. Even if they are elderly, leaving them alone together is just asking for sexual harassment. We should use this video as a cautionary tale and implement measures to prevent dangerous situations that lead to harassment, so that women who want to work don't end up in harm's way.

The stories are all pretty similar. Honestly, there aren't many scenes that match the title. The 'taking care of the grandfather' part is just a brief, token scene. Most of it is just her getting involved with the grandson actor. The first couple was bad; the actor was terrible. The actress was into it, but the actor was just flailing around trying to keep up. The second couple was good. That actress is the prettiest in the whole video, and her body is amazing—that was the highlight for me. The third and fourth couples were about the same level; not particularly pretty, but the way they reacted was somewhat erotic. Overall, I guess it was 'okay' for a video from that time, but personally, I didn't find it that impressive. Maybe it's just the quality of the actresses. There weren't any real beauties. The only good part was the actress in the second segment. Anyway, I don't think it's worth watching closely.
