The premise is kinda ridiculous, but it's entertaining because of the drama and game-like elements. A lot of impregnation-themed AVs don't actually show a pregnant woman at the end, but this one delivers. The fact that a couple who initially wanted a child ends up pregnant with a rapist's baby, and the woman's despairing expression with her large belly, is a perfect ending for this. Though, the belly stuffing could be more realistic next time, making it look more like a real pregnant woman.
