What I found unpleasant and confusing was the scene where they force Hiromi to insert over 20 marbles into her private parts while she looks anxious and distressed. Does the director actually think this is erotic? The only good part was the POV footage, but since the director just handed the camera to the actor and let him do his own thing, it's not like the director did anything anyway... It's a shame the production team failed to make the most of such top-tier talent as Hiromi Sato.

The hidden camera scene in the bathroom at the end is absolutely despicable. Even for an AV actress, isn't this going too far? It really turned me off.
