IENE-322 - Reunited with my long-lost stepsister after 15 years

It's a serious drama, but the production quality is incredibly cheap. There's this sense of superficiality, shallowness, and a chilling awkwardness... I can't tell if they were aiming for comedy or if they were being serious. It feels like a project that tried too hard to be 'literary' and failed. The story follows a brother and sister who were separated as children due to their parents' divorce and reunite 15 years later. Due to circumstances, they end up living together, but their relatives won't allow it. As they become isolated, they turn to each other for comfort and start a sexual relationship. The themes—illness, death, bullying, obsession with family lineage—are quite heavy, but the poor acting and flimsy dialogue make the whole thing feel hollow. Perhaps out of a sense of duty to explain the plot, there is an excessive amount of 'narration.' Right from the start, the brother drones on: 'Memory is a strange thing. I live in the present. But it is memory that defines this moment. The me of yesterday binds the me of today. The small, powerless child I was decided who I am now. Faint memories bleed into monochrome. When I was young, I knew nothing, nothing at all...' I have no idea what he's talking about. Throughout the rest of the film, the dialogue is overly dramatic—'Forgive my shamelessness,' 'She laughed with effortless grace,' 'Tossed about by providence beyond human understanding,' 'An uninvited guest'—it's all so annoying. Even when they try to keep a serious tone, the acting is so thin that it just feels ridiculous. In short, you have a brother who forces a vibe of being intoxicated by his own suffering, and a sister who sounds like she has dementia no matter what she says. I couldn't empathize with either of them. Ayumi, the sister, is a pretty short-haired type, so she was sexy during the sex scenes, but she just panted and didn't feel like a 'sister' at all. Honestly, I wonder how much of this was meant to be taken seriously. I'm not trying to be mean, but I genuinely wondered if this was some grand joke. Even if it was, it's not a good work, and the audience is left completely behind. If you only watch the sex scenes, it's barely passable, but as a drama, it's unwatchable. I'd give it 1.5 stars at most, so I'll settle for 2.

I don't usually watch incest-themed content, but I watched this because I like Ayumi Takanashi. It was a very intense, steamy performance, which I enjoyed.

There are only two sex scenes with Takanashi Ayumi and the male actor, but I was satisfied by the intense, sweaty intimacy that builds up. The final scene ends with an internal ejaculation.

It starts with over 20 minutes of drama. With its moody, dark scenes, it feels more like a V-Cinema flick with added mosaic scenes rather than just a typical AV for getting off. Watching her get pounded while she screams is super arousing. I just wish it were a bit easier to watch casually.
