The premise is that the customer service rep was a former bully, but aside from the third part, it didn't really come through. That said, the first part where she makes the guy talk to his wife on the phone during the act was pretty twisted and good. The second part had the bully vibe but lacked impact. The third part nailed the character of a strong-willed older sister perfectly. The fourth was fun in its own way! Personally, I like big breasts, big butts, and curvy bodies, so I enjoyed the last part the most, but overall, the bully concept felt half-baked.
It's a hit or miss. The actress on the cover was great, but the quality of the rest was a bit lacking. I'd only recommend buying it if it's on sale.
