She's pretty and I had high expectations, but it was just average. Also, the nurse outfit was unnecessary.

POV works need to accurately represent reality to be immersive. If you're just going to put them in a costume, don't bother. It's especially bad with nurses (including female doctors). How to check a pulse is taught in basic education. Didn't they learn to use the index and middle fingers? There are so many works where they use the thumb. A nurse would never do that, so the immersion is broken instantly. I wish the AV industry would learn at least that much common sense.

If Fujisaki Rio were my girlfriend... Her technique is average, but she's just so cute. Her way of speaking and acting is super cutesy. She constantly looks into the camera, which is very engaging. It's all about sex all day long, and the premise of having sex while working as a nurse is a classic AV trope. The whole film is a 'sweet sex life' as the title suggests, so if you don't like that kind of vibe, you might find it frustrating. It's definitely for the 'herbivore men'.
