It's a 7-year-old work, but it was nice to see not just Jessica Kizaki's acting expressions, but also glimpses of her real self. She may have played a sex worker in previous roles, but the fact that she's actually inexperienced in the industry felt charming. It's a nearly 3-hour epic with plenty to see, and the final day really felt like the climax.
Even if it's staged, there's a sense of realism in every scene that I find interesting.
I've watched other actresses in this series, but the happening bar scene at the end is definitely the highlight.
