With Rina Nanami as the lead, joined by the popular and skilled Nao Jinguji and Akari Mitani, this is a luxurious 3-hour+ edition. It feels like a nurse version of the popular 'BEAUTY VENUS' series, and I welcome this kind of project.

It's rare to find a nurse harem production that features only actresses I like, but this one was great. The fresh nurse costumes—kind of like an i-Pocket style—really suited the actresses. There were also many angles close to a POV perspective, so I'm adding this to my favorites.

Just as the title says, I think it's a fantasy piece that makes you wish such a hospital actually existed.
