岬ななみさんは、看護師役で、婚約者の医師のゴシップをネタに脅され、性奉仕を強要されますが、その序盤の嫌がり方と、後半の堕ちた時の演技の落差感は、なかなかよいです。 最後の行為が終わった後の余韻に浸っている状態や、そして、最後のななみさんのバレそうになりながらも、切り抜けた後の表情が何とも、意味深です。

ナースの被虐物で一瞬アタのかと思ったくらい。思えば阿部ちゃんとの組合わせは良作が多く、これも悪くなかった。

The first half is frustrating to watch because she's being threatened but it only ends in handjobs. There are two sex scenes in the second half, and the last one is especially great—seeing her thrust her hips, reach climax, and arch her back is wonderful. I wish there had been more scenes like that.

Nanami Misaki's acting—both her resistance and her descent into pleasure—is simply superb. However, I felt that the reporter's motivation and purpose never really aligned with his actions and dialogue. At the start, there's an atmosphere of him wanting to be discharged early for the sake of the scoop he's chasing and the 'results,' but then he stumbles upon a scene that could be used for blackmail, succeeds in getting evidence, and then uses it as leverage against a happy-looking Nanami Misaki—the flow just doesn't make sense. He even talks to an outsider about the scoop in the middle of it. A medical malpractice story involving neither a major hospital nor a famous doctor doesn't seem like it would sell, and if he used that leverage against the doctor, he could have gotten discharged early anyway. Because the contradictory character traits of a man wanting a scoop and a man wanting to get laid didn't mesh, I couldn't really empathize with him. If he was going to do it, it would have been more interesting if he had the resolve to do whatever it takes, making him a truly 'despicable guy'—that would have made his actions more compelling.
