It's supposed to be a high-class mansion maid theme, but the male actors are just gross. The old gentleman of the house is just some unrefined old guy in a tuxedo, and the 'young master' character looks like a total basement-dwelling otaku—he doesn't look like a son of a prestigious family at all. The young butler is barely passable, I guess. I know it might sound silly to be picky about male actors in an AV, but it's rare to see a production's quality dragged down this much by the cast. The maid is very pretty, though... such a disappointing release.
