The lesbian training scene with Hana Kamina and Nono Yuki in the middle was great, but the scenes before and after where Nono Yuki gets used by men were lackluster... It really feels like Hana Kamina carried the whole thing.
I was surprised by the sudden twist at the end where the wife and Ageha get together at the hotel, but thinking about it, the previous rapes by the men were all orchestrated by the wife. It seems she wanted to make Ageha her own all along. She wanted to turn Ageha, who had become a nymphomaniac through repeated abuse, into a captive for her own lesbian fantasies. It would have been more convincing with better storytelling, but the intense scenes between Kanno and Yuki were pretty good.
The highlight is the scene where Nono Yuki is on all fours and has a foreign object inserted during lesbian play. You can see her asking 'What is that?' while it's slowly inserted, trying to endure the pleasure. Whether that's worth the purchase is up to the viewer. Other than that, there's nothing special, and the bondage play wasn't very compelling. The video is dark overall. There's a moment where the object slips out during the insertion scene, which breaks the immersion—definitely a minus.
Since the title is 'Mantis,' Hana Kanno's presence is essential, but when the one doing the punishing (Hana Kanno) stands out more than the one being punished (Nono Yuki), it leaves a sense of dissatisfaction, just as some other reviews have pointed out. Also, Nono Yuki is perfect for bondage, yet there's so little full-nude bondage. And why is she wearing panties during the final fellatio (irrumatio?) scene?
Nonoha Yuki is cute, but the bondage only starts after 60 minutes and lasts for about 30 minutes. Most of all, Hana Kamiya is just in the way. It's even looser than the previous 'Adopted Daughter Slave' (JBD-255), and the whipping is just pretend—it's speechless. This shouldn't have been released under the 'Hebibaku' (Snake Bondage) label.
