The reason: too many filler scenes. There are some great angles, but they keep the 'underwear' on. Either take it all off or move it aside properly. There's also a scene with rear-entry cowgirl, but for some reason, it cuts away to some irrelevant scene immediately. Generally, Japanese AVs often feature 'fishnets,' 'leotards,' or 'bondage' outfits, which lacks impact. The 'Western' AVs sold domestically have ridiculously large mosaics, which is a dealbreaker, but the content itself is intense. As an aside, I wonder if there's some other reason why the mosaics in 'Western' films are so abnormally large.
