The story follows a neighbor who kindly helps with chores and even personal care after I get injured and become immobile. Both Mimori and Narumiya play the neighbor, but Iroha Narumiya's performance felt more natural, perfectly balancing kindness and sexiness. It's a shame about the camera angles and the subtitles, though.
