I assume Misaki-san is Haruka Aino (Asuka Hoshimi). Since changing her name to Haruka Aino, she's lost a significant amount of weight, and her vibe has completely changed. Back then, she was quite chubby, so it wouldn't have been an exaggeration to call her a 'mature' type, but after the name change, she has a much more 'loli' feel, which I personally think is nice.
