The premise of a 'competent boss being seduced by an incompetent subordinate' is great, and I like that it doesn't get as overly dramatic as some 'U&K' productions. Chapter 2, where Osaki-san makes Kirishima-bucho 'reflect' in the breakroom after a rare mistake, is the highlight—the mix of comedy and eroticism while forcing her to masturbate is top-notch. Chapter 4, where they engage in lesbian acts in yukatas after watching fireworks (Osaki-san’s tongue work during the deep kiss is exquisite!), is full of authentic eroticism and very satisfying. Osaki-san (who has a great bust and smooth, beautiful skin) is a pro at being the aggressor, with her deep kissing and delicate finger techniques. Kirishima-san doesn't just take it; she fights back, too. The finger-play scenes are especially hot. Both actresses have that 'nostalgic Showa-era' charm. The eroticism and acting ability of these middle-aged women are world-class. They really played off each other’s strengths to deliver a perfect 'mature lesbian' experience.
