I avoided this based on the title alone, but since I'm a fan of Reiko Makihara's work, I gave it a watch and was satisfied—it really hit the spot. The fingering without tearing the stockings, the close-ups of her butt in innocent lingerie being kneaded, and the way her body arches in pleasure are incredibly erotic and fantastic. It's a shame there are few kiss scenes, but I think it's a masterpiece worthy of the Madonna label. Why is Reiko Makihara so incredibly sexy when she doesn't even have an exceptional figure…? I noticed in the ending credits that the director is a woman.

The beautiful legs and hip line shown on the package are excellent. Since she's wearing a mini-skirt while caregiving throughout the film, my eyes naturally drift to that area. I can understand why the doctor and the stepbrother would want to have their way with her, and why the father-in-law wanted her all to himself. Her acting includes some light resistance when being taken, so her sense of chastity remains intact, and the way they become one before the climax is satisfying to watch. Reiko Makihara has a great speaking voice and moans, and she has a pheromone that draws men in. Depending on the content, I'd love to see her in future works wearing a mini-skirt with either sheer stockings or bare legs. It's far more erotic than when younger girls wear them.

It's inevitable that she looks more like an 'obasan' (middle-aged woman) than before, but Reiko Makihara still exudes the full charm of a beautiful mature woman. The premise of the work feels natural for a woman of her age, and her looks and body are more than enough to get off to. Even if she is an older woman, her moans are cute.
