JUC-204 - Disgraceful Nursing Home 2: MILF Maki Hojo becomes a tool for the elderly

Having an actual elderly woman appear adds a lot of realism. I wish the actress had a bit more acting skill, but it's definitely worth the purchase.

She becomes a caregiver and services the elderly. Seeing Hojo-san riding on top and thrusting her hips for an old man is great.

As fans of this genre know, unless it's an erotic manga, it's unrealistic to expect elderly men to be hyper-virile. In this film, the actual sex is performed by the young male caregiver, so if you're expecting the old men to be doing the heavy lifting, you'll be disappointed. However, if you lower those expectations, the old men play their roles as voyeurs and instigators quite well, making for a decent watch. The film starts by depicting the daily life of the caregiver (played by Hojo) and the elderly, and the shift from that dynamic to a sexual one is quite erotic. It's also hot to see Hojo exposing herself and grinding away while being watched by the very people she was caring for. It's also a fresh twist that the elderly women join in on the abuse as well. Again, just be aware that this isn't a film where the old men are doing the penetrating.
