This series ended after two volumes, which is no surprise. Even though they put 'Anal' in the title, the anal-related content is so pathetic it's not even worth talking about. Especially since they put quite a bit of effort into the lesbian and masturbation scenes. The anal scene is just the last 25 minutes or so, involving finger play on Kazama-san's anus, vibrator play, and pegging. The pegging is only in the rear-entry position and lasts less than 8 minutes. Moreover, the actual anal piston action of the strap-on is only clearly visible for about 30 seconds from an overhead angle. You shouldn't put 'Anal' in the title for this. However, if you look at it as a lesbian work excluding the anal part, it might be worth watching since it features two beautiful mature women.

Beyond just being sisters-in-law, the dentist-patient dynamic adds a nice touch; the intimacy of them staring at each other from point-blank range during the early treatment scenes builds great anticipation, and the mid-film exam table lesbian scene doesn't disappoint. While it falls short on the anal play promised by the title, it hits the mark for intimacy and intensity as a lesbian film. It’s a solid work where the veteran actresses really show their worth.
