Honestly, I'm not sure what to make of this one. It weaves in monologues from the lead, Naoko Honjo, while depicting her affair with her boss and her life with her husband. Honjo-san is quite sexy, and I think it could have been a much more compelling film with a better story. However, it has a bit of a comedic tone, so if you're asking if it's something you'd want to jerk off to... I'm not so sure. Maybe if you're into breast milk fetishes?
The lactation is fine, but spraying it on the camera so often is a total turn-off. The sagging lower belly was distracting, and the scene with the middle-aged guy sucking on the breasts was just gross.
