The scenario is reasonably well-crafted, but I think it would have been more interesting if it had a more comedic touch. Wakana has that chubby housewife vibe which is a turn-on, but her moans are so monotonous that it kills the mood.

The married apartment manager in this film is diligent and capable. She's the complete opposite of her husband, who got fired for running away from anything unpleasant, dirty, or difficult. Every day, residents make unreasonable demands that a manager wouldn't normally handle, but since professional life isn't just about logic, she always tries to respond sincerely. Sometimes, residents target her body. Naturally, she hates it. There are even times she covers her ears to avoid their calls. But as a diligent manager, she doesn't run away and fulfills their demands. To her, letting them have their way is a form of sincerity toward the residents. It's not realistic to do any job without hating it. The way the film uses this realistic form of labor—where everyone is desperately grinding through work they actually hate—to build the character and plot is brilliant. I think it's a model that directors making occupational-themed films should definitely reference.

As you can tell from the cover, the actress is a curvy, mature woman!! Personally, that's my type so it doesn't bother me, but the core sex scenes are underwhelming. Both times (I think) were just underwhelming...

It was my first time seeing Ayumi Wakana, and she's quite pretty! She really brings out the eroticism as an apartment manager. A highlight is Shigeo Tokuda (playing the 'turtle geezer')—his performance as a lecherous old man peeking at panties is actually pretty good. In the first half, she's forced by a guy in a trash-filled room to wipe his body and perform iramatio. She gets stripped, her breasts are sucked, her panties are removed, and she's fingered—her disgusted expressions and moans are great! It ends with missionary, standing doggy, and missionary with a cumshot on her stomach. In the middle, she gets complaints from a resident, gets tied to the bed, stripped, fingered, and forced to perform iramatio. Then, cowgirl followed by doggy style with a cumshot on her butt. In the second half, she falls into (Tokuda's) trap and ends up with Tokuda's son... The various positions and Wakana's performance in the sex scenes and blowjobs were all good.

The iramatio where she pressed down on his head with her feet was great. Seeing her riding him with her anus fully exposed and shaking her hips was also erotic and good. I was also satisfied that the story was solid.
