Saya, a dedicated nurse, insists her husband Hiroshi see a doctor, unaware it would ruin her life. After a devastating diagnosis, Saya takes on endless night shifts to afford his care. But in the quiet, lonely halls of the hospital at night, a dark, unavoidable tragedy begins to unfold.

*Saya Fujisaki's fair skin and plump body are very erotic. I was excited because she looked good in the nurse's outfit and had a lot of sex appeal when we were having sex. Especially the way I felt when I was having a threesome next to my husband at the end was strangely erotic.
The script itself is plain and lacks any real twists, but thanks to the actress's performance, the sex scenes are quite erotic. At first, she comes across as a devoted wife and a serious nurse who scolds a doctor for his dirty talk, but as the story progresses, it's revealed that she actually has a masochistic desire to be raped. Aside from the boring sessions with her husband, the scenes are all 'rape-style' where she's being blackmailed, but the gap between her verbal protests and her physical reactions—not turning away from kisses, not covering her breasts, not closing her legs, and becoming increasingly proactive with oral and hip movements—is what makes it work. I was impressed by her acting. There are some flaws, like the editing that cuts out position changes—reminiscent of a third-rate Showa-era director—and the failure to utilize the 'husband drugged with sleeping pills' element, which is typical of Amamiya's mediocrity. However, thanks to the actress, I'd say this is a passing grade.
It was my first time seeing Saya Fujisaki; she has fair skin, a great figure, and a pretty face, so the nurse outfit suits her well. In the first half, her 39-minute scene with her husband, who is hospitalized for tests at the hospital where she works, is decent enough. However, the subsequent blackmail by the security guard—using her hospital room sex with her husband as leverage—felt weak, and I wish the security guard had been more forceful in those scenes. It felt half-baked. In the final scene, a 3P with two doctors while her husband sleeps in the next bed includes things like double fellatio, but the story, camera work, and the male actors' lines and performances left me feeling a bit underwhelmed.
