JUC-692 - Sweaty Glamorous: Carnal Field Work

Skipping the sex during the field work, the villagers gather and decide to offer Yumi, the youngest woman in the village, to the god. The chosen Yumi has to have sex with one man in front of the altar. It starts with one, but then another joins in, and later the first one leaves and is replaced by someone else. This part is much more arousing.

Kazama Yumi as a farm girl, nice. Yumi-san in a swimsuit is great. I watched this again in December 2016 for the first time in a while. Back then, there was still freedom for outdoor location shoots, which are difficult in current AV productions. Even if the content isn't great or there are silly scenes, you can feel the performers' ease; they aren't stiff and seem to be having fun. In 2017, it feels like an era of stiff, robotic productions, so in that sense, this is a valuable piece.

Yumi previously experienced location shooting at a farmhouse for Madonna's 'Mother in the Countryside.' But for an actress of her caliber, she could have refused such a remote shoot; the fact that she performed her scenes and sex acts with such confidence makes her a 'model AV actress.' Unlike 'Mother in the Countryside,' which was a 'dark' work with a sense of obscenity, this one is 'surreal and comical'—a 'bright' work. The story is ridiculous, but the three sex scenes were full of eroticism. However, forcing a connection between erotic costumes and a rural village feels a bit of a stretch. I saw true professionalism in Yumi for accepting and performing under such unreasonable demands from the production team.

The outdoor scenes of Yumi Kazama were captured beautifully. Setting it on a farm was likely an attempt to show a new side of Yumi Kazama in an AV. I imagine it took a lot of courage for both Yumi and the staff. In an era where production is difficult, this work makes you feel their desire to keep fans engaged and looking forward to the next one. I look forward to more collaborations between Madonna and Yumi Kazama.

They went all the way to the countryside for location shooting. The cinematography is impressive—keeping Yumi-nee in sharp focus while blurring the background, making the scenery and rice fields look beautiful. It's a pretty film. But this is an AV. The concept itself was boring. First of all, Yumi Kazama doing outdoor sex while farming just doesn't fit. The plot where she's forced into it by a local farmer is also dull. I was looking forward to the sexy swimsuit-style outfit on the cover, but the filming there was terrible; the bright sky in the background created a backlight that made it hard to see her. There's also a scene where she wears a tight, see-through white leotard-style lingerie, but they just show her putting it on and then cut to the next scene—what a waste. The sex with Jitta-shi has also become repetitive. Honestly, Yumi Kazama's 'laborer' location shoots are always a miss.
