Chihiro AkinoChihiro is forced to work at her husband's friend Sayama's clinic to pay off the debt her husband secretly incurred. On her first day at the urology department, she's overwhelmed by the sight of male anatomy and can't even look straight. After being scolded by Sayama for her unprofessional behavior, he decides to 'train' her to get used to men, leading to an unexpected and intense situation.
*After all, erotic costumes are the best. I had never seen a nurse work like this before, so I was pretty excited. Her acting wasn't very good, but on the other hand, I was glad that it emphasized the awkwardness of wearing erotic costumes.
I still laugh at the actresses' poor line delivery, but the acting of shame was actually quite good. The script is typical Mishima-level, but I give credit for the direction that dedicated time to the half-naked nurse play, where she has to perform nursing duties in revealing outfits. It captures the feeling of a nurse who is genuinely embarrassed gradually getting hooked on the humiliation. Personally, I find it a bit underwhelming that there's more interaction with the doctor than with the patients. There's no real direction that utilizes the 'married woman' setting, but that's just typical Mishima for you. It's not bad, but I recommend watching it without expecting too much in terms of quality.
*I think Akino is a mature woman with big breasts and an erotic body. In this work, in order to pay off the debt her husband made, she is forced to work as a nurse at the urology department where Sayama (Toshiki Saeyama) works. Akino's white erotic lingerie, leotard, and flashy colored underwear give off an erotic feel. In the first half - a phimosis patient suspected of having a sexually transmitted disease -> with rubber gloves -> handjob and 3Pfu by the doctor (pierre sword) and in the final part (SEX counseling) I think CK was okay, but I felt that the story, Akino's dialogue as usual, and Saeyama's acting as a urologist were poor and held me back.
