Kazama-san didn't even take her clothes off. The scene with the third girl, Yuki-san, was just okay—passing grade, I guess. The final orgy scene with all four of them really brought out their best qualities. Seeing that, I felt the earlier scenes with Kazama, Sawamura, and Yuki-san were unnecessary. It was too obsessed with 'training' and ended up boring. I bought it again after a few years, and the final scene was actually a solid, efficient sequence. The acting was good with no one just standing around. The four actresses were fully engaged in intense, intimate scenes, and the deep kissing was great. There used to be a lot of these 'no-filler' works back in the day, but you only see them occasionally now.

Asou Sanae has a bit of a sharp look, yet she's the one being trained. With that face, she should be the aggressor. Four mature women each have their scenes, and the story is actually quite well-constructed.
