I think they recreated the Showa era aesthetic really well. The makeup was light, the undergarments were modest, and the overall quality was quite high. The way they interacted felt strangely erotic. Was it the futon? Or just the lingering, sticky atmosphere? I was incredibly aroused watching it. Kawakami-san really exudes so much pheromone; she's been in the AV industry for a long time, but that baby face of hers hasn't changed a bit! If a woman like that were nearby, you'd definitely lose your mind! Of course, if she appeared while you were bathing today, you'd be arrested as a pervert immediately, but maybe it's plausible in the Showa era lol. Also, I wish they had put more effort into the casting. It would've been even better with someone more famous.

There are many points to nitpick regarding historical accuracy, but thanks to the effort to capture that era, the atmosphere is well-conveyed. Shoda-san is a bit too mature, but Kawakami-san, playing the widow, had a great body and acting. The two playing schoolgirls seem a bit too mature for the role. It moves at a good pace, starting with a couple in a cafeteria, moving to cuckolding, and an outdoor scene with a boy soldier. The soldier's acting is also good. The sex itself is modern-style. While there are historical inaccuracies—ranging from minor things like the actress's ring and curtains to major ones like the rank of the kamikaze pilots—I appreciated that they portrayed the return of the kamikaze plane as being due to mechanical failure.
