JUE-007 - The tragic fate of a female medic in the war zone

The period setting was interesting, and baby-faced Ai Mukai's expressions were great. The actor playing the elderly role in the second half really did a solid job.

*It's a story about an unusual setting, but the sex scene with the first lover was the best. However, Mukai-san has a beautiful body, I'm in love with her. I do think that the tragedy would have been more pronounced if there were more scenes with the superiors on the battlefield. That was the only disappointment, but I enjoyed it more than the average work.

A Showa-era drama-style piece starring Ai Mukai. It's very story-driven, so it might be hit or miss, but I think Mukai-san's passionate performance really shines here.

Three years ago, Ai, forced to marry a fiancé chosen by her parents, tries to run away with her lover, but he receives a draft notice. As he heads to the front, Ai follows as a nurse. After their field hospital is destroyed in an air raid, she barely escapes with two soldiers. After enduring the hardships of survival, she returns home, only to find she has nowhere else to go. Her family home was also destroyed, leaving only her father. Then, news of her lover's death arrives. Eventually, her father forces himself on her, claiming there's no one left to carry on the family line. Watching this, the latter part involving the father felt unnecessary. If they had fleshed out the first half of the story more, it would have been a better work. It's not your typical AV, and I appreciate the ambition, but the script definitely needs more refinement.
