The fake breasts are a bit distracting, but that tall stature, competitive face, and super body are still top-tier! This is the best! Instead of the usual routine of pulling down underwear in a bathroom, I love that she does it in the office while fully clothed. The miniskirt is perfect, too! If I had to suggest one thing, it would be even better if she leaked while dealing with a client—the added embarrassment would be great.
Reiko Kobayakawa is perfect for the arrogant character, and seeing that female CEO writhe in the humiliation of incontinence is incredibly exciting. The setup involving the use of health equipment for torment is also a big plus. It's the fourth in the series, but I think it's the best. The only disappointment is the chapter involving the manager's reception. Like the previous entries, the sudden transition to her being 'fallen' from the previous chapter feels very jarring. For example, I'd like to see her gradually broken down—like when she's restrained by the health equipment at night, writhing in the urge to urinate, and the manager (having heard about it from a subordinate beforehand) enters, pretending to help while actually tormenting her. I'm giving it 5 stars in anticipation of even greater masterpieces in this series. I'd also love to see a female subordinate doing the tormenting, or perhaps a 'female CEO + secretary' double apology scenario.
