There are minor issues, like the plumber in the middle having many kids but no wedding ring, and the 'dangerous day' plot point being inconsistent. I wish they had been more careful with the details. Even a voiceover explaining that she lets other men ejaculate inside her every time her husband refuses sex on a fertile day would have made it feel more like the husband's own fault. It's also boring that her first 'customer' is her husband's colleague. Wouldn't it be more erotic if she were pregnant with the child of a total stranger who showed up at her home-based soapland, potentially passing it off as the heir to the family line? That said, I don't know if it was intentional, but the fact that she only cares about the affair partner's blood type at the beginning, and the general 'I'll just get pregnant, that'll shut them up!' destructive vibe, is a big plus for me. The hold-and-ejaculate ending was also a nice touch. Conceptually, I think it would be better if she were actively seeking the ejaculation rather than just being passive. There are some flaws, like the first ejaculation scene being a typical, generic AV-style thrusting session, but I really like the basic direction. It seems likely to become a series, so I hope they stick to the 'married woman getting pregnant by strangers on her fertile days' theme and keep refining it. A sequel where she successfully gives birth to a boy, the mother-in-law is thrilled, the husband knows it's not his but can't say anything due to family pressure, and the wife is already working on a second child at her home-based soapland—that could be a good direction.
