I appreciate that almost all the play is shown in the sample images and videos. The content is various SM torture and anal play. The total runtime is a bit over 100 minutes, with about 40 minutes of anal scenes. They cast a male actor to torture Sagawa, but there's almost no dialogue (including verbal abuse) between the actors; it's just Ms. Matsumoto's moaning. Maybe they gave up on dialogue because they couldn't compete with professional SM studios, but it lacks any sense of realism. Her expressions and reactions to the SM torture show dislike, but she starts moaning intensely as soon as the anal play begins. Ms. Matsumoto's moaning style is, as usual, 'beast-like.' Even though the plot says it's her first time, it feels very unnatural. The anal section includes finger play, double-hole vibe, enema, and anal creampie. There's a decent amount of penetration footage, but they spend too much time on her moaning face. The mosaic is also large and thick, which is a turn-off. They really need to go for a more realistic approach to build any real excitement.
