A president's wife caught between an incompetent husband and a capable man. The acting by Maki Hojo and Tony Oki is superb. As he takes over the company, he skillfully claims the president's wife as well. Once he takes the president's seat at the shareholders' meeting, they have intense sex in the office in broad daylight as if to celebrate. The former president is forced to watch the whole thing. This contrast of light and shadow is cruel yet beautiful. Director Nagae's direction is brilliant. It's a masterpiece of the NTR genre. Also, Maki Hojo is at the peak of her beauty here.

The dramatic development weaving together the NTR plot and the CEO succession was excellent. The conflict between the CEO and his subordinate Kurosaki (Ooki) leading into the affair was well-depicted, making it a very human-centric NTR piece. Nagae-kantoku's works that dig into human nature are always worth watching. Maki-san, appearing at the inauguration party in a minidress emphasizing her cleavage, looked like a typical AV star, yet she perfectly portrayed an elegant, graceful, and noble CEO's wife without feeling vulgar. This nobility is exactly what makes her fall from grace so exciting. Her sense of euphoria during the blindfolded bondage play made it feel like the high-and-mighty wife had truly hit rock bottom—it was thrilling. The M-spread bondage was the best, as I could see her natural hair. As for the final scene where the husband witnesses the affair, wouldn't it have been better if he just left instead of watching until the end? The cross-cutting between the husband and the act made it hard to focus on the 'total corruption' aspect. It felt like it ruined the intensity of the scene. Regardless, Maki-san's acting, which perfectly embodied the CEO's wife envisioned by Nagae-kantoku, is nothing short of top-tier.
