The scenes are as the title suggests, but the slow, soft touches provide a nice contrast to the toxic husband's rough, sadistic style. Also, the persistent cunnilingus is great, and the lack of squirting feels fresh. There are some unpleasant elements (the toxic husband), but the high drama makes me wonder, 'Couldn't you have done something about the title!?' (lol).
