This is a 5-year-old work by the still-active veteran actress Maki Tomoda. She must have been around 47 at the time, and I thought she was perfect for the role of a female boss. There are other works with younger actresses in the same role, but while those are fun, they lack a sense of realism. With Maki Tomoda, it felt like a truly realistic portrayal of a dream female boss. It's a series, so I knew what to expect, but that actually added to the enjoyment. I was happy to see her in black pantyhose, and the final morning scene makes the best use of them—it's my favorite part.
