JUL-309 - One month until the end of the world, I chose my first love over my husband

*There is no sense of the end of the world in the direction and acting, and it's just a Madonna work as usual. The connection was good.

*Despite the outlandish situation, I felt the story was boring. It was a shame because Rei's relationship itself wasn't bad. Also, as other people's comments have said, she would abandon her handsome husband and run for Haneda-kun... It would be one thing if he was sexless, a violent domestic abuser, or had a mistress, but it wasn't portrayed that way, so I felt sorry for the husband and couldn't empathize with him.

Despite the ambitious premise, it felt like it ended without much excitement. For starters, why would Kuru-chan choose Haneda in the end? The husband is clearly the better-looking one, so it felt off. Also, while I appreciate Kuru-chan's passionate performance, the scenes felt monotonous. I think the lack of a twist in the drama plot really killed the momentum. Plus, given the setting, pregnancy isn't a concern anymore—so after she decides not to go back to her husband, the final scene really should have been unprotected.

Kuruki Rei's intense and passionate sex scenes were great. The 'end of the world' premise felt unrealistic and didn't really add much to the story; they could have done without that weird addition.
