It's a classic plot: a couple joins a gym, the husband quits early, and Haruka gets closer to the trainer. There are frequent sex scenes using gym equipment, and Haruka ends up completely spent. She can't resist Tony Ooki's oral skills and handiwork, eventually giving in and inviting him home for the final act. The husband starts to suspect them and even resorts to wiretapping.
