It could have been as simple as meeting a casually dressed housewife while taking out the trash (which has been done to death), and the result would be the same. If you're going to use an early morning run, you need to incorporate elements that could only happen in that situation, like a park restroom or something, to justify the setting.

The fresh take on an early-morning affair is good. Misaki Sakura is as cute and sexy as ever. Both actors perform the dramatic parts well and handle the intense scenes with passion. However, the camera angles during the intercourse scenes are poor. Just as you get a good view, the camera shifts away. It cuts the eroticism of the performance in half. I really wish a different director had been at the helm.
