There needs to be a gap between the first time and the last time. The first time should have a lot of resistance, so if she can't make sounds of dislike then, it won't connect to the later scenes. She just accepts it without any resistance, so it ends up being the same as the last time. I think they should make her scream something like 'Ah!' or 'Stop!' before it starts, and shoot it in a completely uninhibited state.
