The wife played by Fusaka Hitomi also had a great scene where she's accidentally deep-throated on her fertile day, and the death game-like tension of the husband trying to hold back his orgasm during sex with Fusaka Hitomi to avoid getting deep-throated was a nice subversion of expectations. After the first scene where she might get pregnant with a stranger's child, she suggests her husband shower first, just like in the Aibou Ryou arc – a subtle hint that she doesn't want to wash away the cum right away. The scenes without fellatio still have that forced drinking of semen vibe from the previous film. The kiss that tastes like Shiradama Dango's semen is a bit gross, but it's intentional and doesn't feel like mindless AV fluff.
