The father-in-law is now divorced, but the casting of Oshima and the husband is still a bit off. The power dynamics between the wife and her husband, who inherited his family's company, are a little unclear. The setup – the husband has ED, the father-in-law has six children – is well-established. The director, Kawaguchi, really leans into the wife's curiosity being piqued by her husband revealing her father-in-law's perverted side. The wife initiating things is a bit awkward, but the actress does a great job portraying her climax with only 3cm of penetration. The full insertion scene is a little clunky, though. They could have gone further with the possibility of pregnancy, but the portrayal of the wife's sadness and the risk of getting pregnant is well done. The scene where the husband almost walks in on them in the bath is brilliantly shot – you can feel the tension. The actress's performance during the deep penetration is fantastic. The wife's shift towards the father-in-law after being rejected by her husband is believable, and the way she opens her legs for him while saying she's trying to seduce her husband is a clear sign that she's already moved on. The husband spying on them at the end is a bit cliché, with the predictable dirty talk. The ending, with the wife seemingly unconcerned about her husband finding out, is good, but the husband's sudden resurgence of desire feels forced. It doesn't quite fit. While not perfect, the improvements are noticeable, and I'm looking forward to seeing where the series goes from here. I want to see them really push the boundaries with the wife and father-in-law's depravity.

Her acting is so natural, and she conveys her emotions so well. You really feel her being drawn into the relationship with her father-in-law. She's a really well-developed character, and her expressions and gestures as she struggles between desire and conflict are so impactful. That one scene, when she finally gives in to her desires, is quiet but incredibly powerful. It's just so captivating. Asahi Rio's presence really elevates the whole story.
