Ayano Katou“Cry out in a good voice, Manager… enjoy the suffering more.” Ayana, who works as a sales chief at an insurance agency in the city center, devoted everything to her work and her home life was cold. As expectations at work increased day by day, and there was not even a place to relieve stress, she was also troubled by Yoshino, an incompetent subordinate who entered the company through connections. However, when Ayana inadvertently showed weakness in front of Yoshino, she became aware of her inherent M personality. And Yoshino, taking advantage of that, summons Ayana to a hotel during lunch break, and they build a master-servant relationship centered on the subordinate, with SM pain and pleasure being the opposite of the workplace….
The actress really delivered here, especially her descent. Kato-san was fantastic. But honestly, this series is ruined by how dark it is! Even the SM hotel and office scenes are almost unwatchable. The scenarios are great, so they really need to fix the lighting. Giving it 4 stars purely for the actress.
Kato Ayano is perfect for this series – she's easily one of the best actresses who does SM. This series usually skimps on the bondage and submission scenes, but this one had a couple of decent moments, even if they were brief. But seriously, who was the camera operator? Ultimately the director is responsible, but the camera is shaky, and they try too hard to be stylish, stretching out good scenes or completely missing them. This is easily the most frustrating release of the year. Still, the source material and theme are good, so I can't give it just one star. I'd pay anything to see Kato Ayano in a scene where she's tied to a chair for two hours…
This is the hardest take-charge performance in the series, I think. Especially the hot wax. There are plenty of harder SM works out there, but considering it's within a story-driven piece, the level of intensity feels just right. Ayano's acting really makes it, and it's my favorite in the series.
I've been following this series since the first installment, and it's tough to say this about a work by Ayano Kato, but as a series, it's just lacking in beauty. That, combined with the fact that it features an actress I really like, is what finally pushed me to write a review. There are all sorts of acts in AV, but whether you see them as 'dirty' or 'beautiful' depends on how they're done. Simply put, there needs to be a sense of form and artistry, and without it, it's just… not beautiful. I think AV is about enjoying the 'beauty' of the actresses. So it's not that the act itself is 'not beautiful,' it's that the *way* it's done isn't beautiful. The actresses and actors are all talented and consistently returning for more, but even with different actresses, I just can't find it beautiful. While the act itself might give the impression of degrading the actress's dignity, I think it could be elevated to something beautiful with the right direction. For example, even just a simple walk can be beautiful if the performer has graceful movements. Whatever the act, if you're going to do it, you need to push it to the extreme… but that drive for the extreme is completely absent from the footage. That's why I'm left with the impression of a 'not beautiful act,' regardless of the actress. I've felt this way since the first installment, and I keep wondering if they can't make the acts more beautiful? I enjoy the acts themselves, and because it's a series with actors I like, I just wish it could be elevated further as an AV work.
