About two years after getting married... My husband, who dreamed of rural life, wanted to move to a remote island. I was tired of city life, and since both of us were working remotely, we decided to move to a certain island. By moving, we could receive subsidies and a detached house, and we were warmly welcomed by the islanders, filling us with excitement for a new life. One day, I came to know the island's "certain secret". And by the time I learned the secret, it was already too late, and escaping the island was not allowed... "For a long time…, For a long time…, For a long time…, I've been waiting for a woman like you to be brought back to the island. Thank you so much…"

The actress consistently delivers a performance, she's really *in* character. Some of the male actors, though… they just don't seem to get into the role. I've said it before, but it's not just about getting an erection and ejaculating. That's fine for non-drama stuff. But this is a dramatic piece, so they need actors who can *act*. Take 'Happy Ikeda/Koike' for example – just looking at him, you get the vibe that he's actually done this before♪ He's a pro. On the other hand, 'Manada Kyo' smiles and smirks in tense situations? That completely kills the mood, honestly. That's manga/anime-style directing. If you were actually doing something dangerous, you wouldn't be grinning. They're supposed to be doing this 'for the peace and prosperity of the island,' right? If they're grinning while doing that, it just feels like they're just horny. They need to act like they're aware of the danger and are enduring it. Then, maybe at the very end, they can smirk when they admit 'But I can't resist this pleasure!' Lately, there are so many scenes that just feel like they're adding a flimsy excuse to have sex… Ichikai's acting deserves a full 5 stars. This is top tier.
*It's a common style that's often seen in SOD films these days, but it's unusual for director Asagiri Kiyoshi, who has no prior knowledge of this kind of work, to create it. The production where not only men but also women become gurus reminded me of the director's version of ``Machiuchi Camp NTR''. Even in the rape scene, the eeriness of the black shirt and the old lady's accomplices give it a thriller feel, and the gap between Hiru Hina's peaceful daily life where Muranaka is her guru and no one cares about a married woman crying and being raped is very effective. This is a point where you can feel the director's ability, as this kind of direction is often difficult to convey even if you aim for it. The second rape is a continuous creampie setting with no time left, but it is highly praised that it is not a sloppy situation where the next man sucks the pussy that the previous man has just inseminated. While it was nice to see the semi-depraved nature of a married woman's self-deepthroat, in which she pushes a big cock deep into her throat, I can't help but feel the creepiness of a kiss where a man tastes the blowjob sperm he ejaculates in his mouth, or rather, the ejaculation itself is a nuisance. The drama part before the final rape scene did a good job of creating an eerie sense of tension similar to Gunnival, but it might have been better to feature differences in "common sense" similar to Miss Summer. Although the script arouses a sense of despair over her husband's betrayal, it's not so good that the married woman remains passive and forced until the middle of the film. It doesn't have to be a complete fall, but I feel like the flow of the self-deep-throating fall in the middle would have been more effective if the married woman gave in out of resignation or despair and shook her hips. Even though it's an impregnated rape, it's a shame that she goes out of her way to show off her low-quality pseudo-juice by giving her a chin shot that can't even be called a facial cumshot. What's more, the kiss that makes the man lick the sperm is done by the same actor who did the blow job and licking the sperm mentioned above. I'm not sure if it's the director's direction or an actor who likes sperm licking, but both are creepy. The ending is a final narration and a commemorative photo cut, and it's a good idea to have a structure that makes it clear that this is a flashback drama about the time when a married woman became pregnant with her first child. I think it will be difficult if there is a next work, but it would be perfect if there was a sequel-like feel, such as Mahiro Ichiki joining the crew or the same husband bringing in different prey. Isn't 2 years a long time to deceive? It's impossible to give it a perfect score due to Karami's complaints, and it doesn't really have any unique personality, but it was a work that shows the director's ability to take a standard plot and make it a whole new level if it was written by a different creator.
A genuinely well-crafted drama set on a secluded island. I've seen a lot of isolated village/island stuff, but this hits the spot. It's rare to see a character consistently resist throughout, instead of becoming submissive after the initial encounter. Mahiro's coy acting is fantastic. The group insemination scene had good dialogue and felt really immersive, not just mindless action. I'd love to see this as a series! They should also adapt the erotic manga 'Dystopia' with an island setting.
It's definitely not for the faint of heart, but if you're into dark and gritty erotica, this is a must-buy. It's not just pure porn; it's a surprisingly compelling drama. The erotic scenes are, of course, the main draw, but the dramatic parts are well-developed and don't feel dragged out. Ichikai's acting is phenomenal, which is another reason to recommend it. Don't even *think* about skipping anything! The ending is perfect, delivering exactly what you'd expect. My favorite scenes? The lower body angles, the undressing sequence in the middle, side positions, back-to-back, and the missionary position at the end. The bodies and expressions are stunning. If you're into gangbangs or irama, you absolutely need this. As always, the visuals are top-notch, and the unique eroticism, along with the raw emotion in the more vulnerable scenes, is incredible. And if you're a fan of Mizu Masashi, you should definitely check it out – I'm sure he was an influence. I love dramatic works, and since I bought this and it features my favorite performer, I'll be rewatching it countless times. It's a great escape and feels like a full-fledged movie experience. It's special and has a lot of potential.
*Madonna has created an amazing piece of work. The lead actor, Mahiro Ichiki, showed really good acting and sex. Mahiro plays an intense play that stands out as the title "Implanted Island" suggests. It's an extremely erotic work that incorporates threesome, but it leaves something a little unsatisfactory.
