He's a son-in-law living with his wife's family, but his wife is selfish and won't even let him touch her. His mother-in-law happens to see this and offers to 'take care of his needs' herself. Afterward, there's a handjob in the bathroom and another round while the wife is out, but there's no cleanup blowjob, and since Shinoda-san is an amateur, it doesn't really get exciting.
