The setup where the neighbor appears to 'help' her from her pestering ex-boyfriend, only to turn out even more twisted, was a nice touch. However, it was a bit disappointing that the 'twisted' nature of the neighbor didn't really feel like it surpassed the ex. I wanted it to go beyond just following the standard script of corruption.

The first half was mostly unnecessary, but the fellatio and sex with Ginji-san were quite good. I wish there had been one more scene with him.

The real action with the sadistic neighbor only happens once, and she gives in way too easily, so it's boring. It needs more scenes of her being tormented to really convey that sadistic vibe. It's fine after she's broken, but the process leading up to it is lacking.
