Back when I was younger, the lingering, sticky foreplay in the final scene (the 'manguri-kaeshi' pose seen in the sample) really stuck with me. Seeing the actress pretend to resist while still showing reactions is still great even now. It's just a shame that both the foreplay and the main act are so short. Forced scenarios are common in modern works too (though this one is set up as a coerced but consensual act), and maybe the reason it feels so staged is because the actresses are too professional about their acting. Watching it again after all these years, it might lack the intensity of modern works, but there's a certain amateurish quality to older films that actually feels more realistic.
