KAR-024 - Gynecologist's madness, drugging patients and using electric shock until they pass out Part.2

The male actor has zero charm or skill, and the repetitive nature of the scenes becomes genuinely annoying as you watch. It's a waste of a beautiful patient(?) character, as none of her potential is utilized. It feels more like he's just venting his desires onto a sex doll. I'm actually angry at the discrepancy between the title and the content. It seems like a poor imitation of similar works, but it's just too sloppy. There's no point or appeal to the 'hidden camera' aspect, and I have to question the quality control here. Doesn't DMM screen for this kind of mismatch?
