It's a decent production. It might be a bit short, but the content for each person is paced well, making it actually quite a well-structured piece. There are many actresses featured, so you won't get bored. There are some cute ones, too. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars, or about an 80/100.

The title 'Kobe Fuku○ Soapland Hidden Camera' would generally be interpreted as footage secretly filmed at a soapland in the Fuku○ district of Kobe. It's common knowledge that these things are fake in AV, but they didn't even try to capture the atmosphere of Kobe or pretend it was a hidden camera. You shouldn't use a 'hidden camera' tag when it clearly looks like a third party is filming with a camera. If it were just 'Young Soapland Specialist,' I'd let it slide (since it's obvious the performers aren't actually young). I don't recommend this to those looking for hidden camera content or realistic soapland themes. It's just okay if you're looking for soapland play with a loli-esque actress.

*I live in Kobe, so I was hoping that this work would be a scene from Fukuhara Soap Street, but I was fooled. There are no scenes related to Kobe, let alone Fukuhara. All of the characters' accents are non-Kansai. It's a seven-and-a-half hour movie in which an actor playing a customer engages in soap play with 32 soap ladies in the same bathroom. They probably rented a love hotel equipped with a mat and gathered the actresses for the project, but I don't understand why it was necessary to pass it off as "Kobe Fuku○". In addition, the setting in which the customer waits naked in the bathroom for the soap lady, meets the soap lady for the first time in the bathroom, and the soap lady takes off her clothes in the bathroom and puts the clothes in a box placed in the corner of the bathroom is completely unrealistic. Does this director have no experience in soap operas? The mosaic is thin, so you can see that the actor is wearing a rubber band. I can tell that the white liquid that flows out after the event is not real, judging by its uniform color and viscosity.
