It depends on the viewer's imagination, but I finished in the first segment alone. The reason it's so erotic is that the actresses look like regular nurses, but they seem to be 'genuinely trying to get off' by acting out the lesbian scenes. A must-watch if you're into that amateur, fresh lesbian vibe.
