There's a horror-movie-looking girl in there. One star.

I'm not sure if the actor couldn't get it up or if they just couldn't prepare the fake semen, but the creampie scene is straight out of the 20th century. During the intercourse, they barely show the point of penetration, and the finish uses that old-school camera work where they cut to a close-up of the actress's face before showing the genitals. Other Karma releases handled the fake creampie scenes much better (with visible thrusting and fake semen), so this was a letdown.
