Does anyone know the name of the fourth person who appears from the beginning? I'd be grateful if someone could let me know.

Unlike previous entries, it doesn't rely on rotors or vibes, keeping it simple by using fingers to bring her to climax, which is great. The scene where they remove the towel, spread her legs, and take their time observing her down there is also excellent. Additionally, capturing the patient's climax behind the curtain in a long shot during insertion is a nice touch not seen in other episodes. It would have been even better if they included a doctor's POV angle during the observation scene or a moment where she hesitates to take off her bra.

The cast and pacing make this one of the better entries in the series. That's exactly why I have to say this: just like before, the presence of the staff behind the camera during the breast-fondling scenes is way too distracting. It sounds like they're constantly clicking buttons for stills, sniffing, breathing, and making smacking noises with their mouths. Listening with headphones, it's right in your ear and honestly infuriating. I want to focus on the faint, heavy breathing of the actress in that quiet, intimate space, but it's all ruined. At the very least, use a directional microphone.

Compared to the previous volume 25, there were some pretty cute girls, and the breast palpation was thorough, focusing well on the nipples, which satisfied my inner boob-lover. I hope they keep the series going with this vibe. If I had to ask for more, I'd want fewer older women and more scenes of breast palpation from behind.
